You need to have a revision surgery that includes supporting that left inframammary fold with pocket tightening and a scaffold support system. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Since you are still early in your healing process, try taping up the breast or wearing a band to support that lower breast.
