Considering that the condition of both breasts was very different before the operation, the result is not too bad. Raise the breast on the side where the implant is down with a bra and try to raise the implant position until one year after surgery. If you are still not satisfied with the results, you may consider reoperation that additionally corrects the implant position, asymmetry, and reduces the sagging lower pole skin.

I would recommend a revisionary procedure to address the long nipple-to-fold distance. I would wait a full year to have a revision. You likely need another lift procedure and potentially slightly downsizing the implant as it has proven that it is too large for your breast footprint. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Your arms are lifted so you are not showing your true results. But, the excess tissue can be removed with an inferior incision to give the appearance of higher breasts. Your post op is much improved over your preop photos.
