Is this a good result or should I go back for a revision? (Photo)

Question

I had a breast lift with implants about 7 months ago & I am really not happy with the results. My right breast has dropped significantly more than my left. Now, I was very asymmetrical to begin with & the surgeon did say that my breast would probably not be exactly the same but I feel like I have two completely different breasts. When I had gone in for my last post-op & tried to express my concern, he pretty much shushed me & told me that this was an amazing result.

Considering that the condition of both breasts was very different before the operation, the result is not too bad. Raise the breast on the side where the implant is down with a bra and try to raise the implant position until one year after surgery. If you are still not satisfied with the results, you may consider reoperation that additionally corrects the implant position, asymmetry, and reduces the sagging lower pole skin.

I would recommend a revisionary procedure to address the long nipple-to-fold distance. I would wait a full year to have a revision. You likely need another lift procedure and potentially slightly downsizing the implant as it has proven that it is too large for your breast footprint. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. You got a pretty nice result. Your scars are barely visible.,a lift with implants is a tough procedure to get perfect. Your result is quite good. The lower portion of the breast could be tightened but would require an additional scar. Probably not worth it

Your arms are lifted so you are not showing your true results. But, the excess tissue can be removed with an inferior incision to give the appearance of higher breasts. Your post op is much improved over your preop photos.

Based on your preoperative photos the breast asymmetry was definitely improved.  It does appear that the bottom portion of the breasts could be improved which would give you more upper pole fullness and less space from the bottom of the areola to the fold.  This would require additional surgery to correct.
