My breast implants are too big They're causing me much pain Also there's scar tissue that is very present I had capsular contracture but fixed now this is the result I started with tuberous disease was covered by Medicare Would be interested to have a revision to remove scar tissue and have smaller implants I have thoracic outlet syndrome heavy breasts aren't helpful Would this still be done by Medicare number I don't want anchor scar with my history of scarring

Yes, you need to go smaller. I would suggest using the smooth round implants behind the muscle for a much better look. However, once the excess bulge is removed from your upper breasts, your nipples might be in a good position. I am not a fan of the gummy implants.

I would recommend a revisionary procedure to address the long nipple-to-fold distance. I would wait a full year to have a revision. You likely need another lift procedure and potentially slightly downsizing the implant as it has proven that it is too large for your breast footprint. I would...
