Love the upper pole fullness however right boob hasn’t fully dropped and it has been 7 months. Left boob still has dropping to do just not as much. When I turn profile it looks like my boobs are sagging -I want them to be high and perky. Should I go smaller or do I need to have a breast lift? If I pull them up slightly they look great with areola in the perfect position no skin drooping. I am 5’3 116lbs before surgery I wore 32C bra. Boobs r 495cc gummy bear round implants.
Answer: Implants Yes, you need to go smaller. I would suggest using the smooth round implants behind the muscle for a much better look. However, once the excess bulge is removed from your upper breasts, your nipples might be in a good position. I am not a fan of the gummy implants.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method 490 cc implant weigh over 1 lb each. The weight of the implant is only held up by the skin envelope and will continue to descend lower and lower with time. The breasts are already pointing downward. The technique I recommend is explantation with lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implants I encourage you to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns. If your breast implants have not fully dropped by now you may need surgical intervention to get them into place. You can also discuss your goals for surgery to determine if a lift or smaller implants are recommended for you.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear saweetpea, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Do I need a breast lift or should I go smaller? (Photo) While a full consultation would be necessary, there may be several factors at play here. If you have an early capsular contracture, that could be causing the implant to stay up on the side where you like the upper pole fullness. A lift procedure could set the nipples in great position for you. A combination of impant/capsule revision and lift could be a possibility as well. I recommend you work with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
