You did not show photos, so I cannot be specific. Micro-needling can be very helpful to treat thick scars, even at this age. Your 575 cc implants are large and heavy and probably have stretched your pockets so that they do move to the sides. The pockets can be tightened, but you would probably do much better to go smaller so this does not happen again. Since it has been over a year since surgery, your sensation may not improve. However, going with smaller implants does improve sensation in some, not all, women.

A full consultation would be necessary to evaluate your tissues, scars, implant locations, etc. You have a few concerns that suggest you could be happier with a revision, but unable to say for sure. I recommend you get some consultations with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons to get a better idea of what options could be best for you.
