Benelli lift, devastated with the results. Do I need a breast implant revision?

Had a MMO Dec.2020 had a benelli lift with 575cc saline implants.I can feel my right implant move towards my armpit when i lay flat on my back.I have horrible scars and my areolas are stretched and look twice their actual size. I have no sensation on right breast, very little on left breast but only feel pain sensation will i ever get sensation back? Do i need a breast implant revision? Can my scars be revised? Will I lose more sensation? Please help.. my surgeon is not helping at all…

I think you actually have a pretty good result. I’d be interested in knowing whether you had a lolllipop type lift or an anchor lift. If you had the lollipop it could be converted to an anchor to tighten the lower portion of the breast. But the extra scar might not be worth it

You will need a breast lift. Depending on how the implants were placed, you may benefit from a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
