Hi everyone, I had breast augmentation surgery back in 2016. I was a size a cup, and the implants were under the muscle size 400 cc. In 2017 I had my son and I definitely lost volume. I have a surgery coming up soon in August and I am 5’3 and weigh 140Ibs. I am wondering if 600 cc will fit my frame or is that going to make me look like I’m tipping over. Keep in mind my inspiration, pictures, or models that have very round, fake looking boobs and that is what I’m trying to achieve.
Answer: Breast augmentation It's important to note that the size of implants that will fit your frame and achieve the look you want is a very personal decision and should be made in consultation with your plastic surgeon. Based on your height and weight, 600cc implants may be too large for your frame and could lead to complications such as discomfort, sagging, and even back pain. Your surgeon will consider your body measurements, existing breast tissue, and your desired look to recommend an appropriate implant size. It's also important to consider the long-term effects of larger implants on your body and to have realistic expectations for the outcome. I would recommend discussing your concerns and goals with your surgeon to determine the best course of action for you. Best of luck !

Answer: Implant size Dear Hazesaldana, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breasts The 600 cc implants will be too large and heavy for your frame and your tissue will probably not support that weight over time.

Answer: Smaller implants Unfortunately, you have not told us your current bra size. However, 600 cc implants weigh over 1 1/2 lbs each, will most likely cause neck, back, shoulder pain and the skin envelope will stretch out. The only thing holding the implants will be your skin envelope. You would benefit from smaller implants and possibly a breast lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: 600cc I think that 600cc will get you more round and fake looking. But it won't make the space between your breasts as close together as you wish pic. Talk to your surgeon in more detail when you are at your in-person consultation, and then you should be able to understand the changes that will occur a little more accurately. Best of luck!
