2 years post-op. What is happening to my breasts? (Photo)

I had an uplift with implants two years ago now. I also had a FDL tummy tuck.. I had a revision a year ago to the top part of my FDL. Around one year ago I noticed my scars were starting to move up my breasts.. they are now at the point where if I wear a bikini you can see the scars..
