395cc, right side is appearing smaller than left & odd shaped, should I be concerned? (Photos)

I am 6.5 months post breast augmentation surgery 395 cc submuscular silicone implants before photo reference but my right side doesn’t seem to be healing quickly as the left side. I’m wondering if it looks like it still has not dropped all the way or if it looks like it could be, a different problem going on, I have been wearing a band for the last couple months and have been massaging them regularly. Any advice is appreciated, my surgeon is great just hard to get in to see.
