Hello doctors, I wore a too tight bra that is probably .5 - 1 cup size smaller than what I am yesterday for a few hrs (not on purpose). It was a new bra that I got not knowing what my new bra size really is. It felt snug & comfortable at first, but after 2 - 3 hrs, it was causing discomfort & slight indentations on the lower half of my breasts towards the side. I took it off immediately, and today my breasts feel a little sore where the underwire was digging in. There is no visible marks.

buttocks and thighs.It would be
impossible to do all these procedures at the same time.I would begin with the breast lift.If you are happy with the volume of your
breasts in a bra then implants are not required...
