What bra sould I get 2 weeks post breast augmentation?

Please talk to your surgeon about which bra to wear at this time. I normally recommend a post surgical bra to be worn day and night for the first two months or so. You should not go bra shopping until about 4 months after your surgery, as by this time your breasts will have dropped and fluffed, giving you a better idea of your final results.

Thank you for your question. I often recommend that patients find a sports bra that opens in the front and that is comfortable to wear. They can take breaks during the day and I also encourage breast massage after a week. It is important for your implants to move around and develop a comfortable space (or capsule) within the breast.

I usually recommend an inexpensive soft cotton bra that closes in the front. It will normally take several months for you to get your final result. 

Your breast will be changing during the first 2 months. It is wise not to spend a lot on expensive bras before that time.  Common  cotton sports bra will do the trick , as you can buy them cheap and have more than one( tight enough to keep your breast in place , but not to tight to make them hurt) Best wishes 

This sort of question is better addressed to your surgeon.As to fitting, it will take 3 to six months until the implants have settled and stabilized. Wait until then to purchase bras that you can expect to wear for a long time.  Until then sports bras are often the better option. All the best. 

Think of the bra as being a sort of splint during the first two weeks after breast implants. After that it doesn't matter whether you wear a bra or not or what kind because you're healed, but the tissues are not fully recovered so that you can judge size and comfort. I use commercial elastic bras (Warners) for the splinting and protection effect for the first two weeks. These also look normal in clothes. I have the patient leave the bra on continuously for the first week and most of the time including at night for the second week. After that I tell them to wear whatever they want or nothing. They often continue wearing the operative bra for awhile because it looks normal and wears well. I do tell them not to go out and buy a bunch of new or expensive bras at two weeks though. A properly sized and positioned implant should be healed in place by two weeks and it shouldn't matter what bra is worn (or none). 

Generally speaking I recommend waiting 6-8 weeks after breast augmentation before buying a bra.In the early stages I prefer the patient's wear a comfortable loosefitting bra.  A tight bra might prevent the implants from dropping.  Of course please check with your plastic surgeon.
