Other women my same age do not have this. It makes me look much older than my friends. I ate it! Can I fill that wrinkle? I am looking into a lip lift for longer space between nose and upper lip but for now I would like to address that wrinkle. I have done resurfacing, RF Microneedling. I don't know what else to do! No one I know has this.

Answer: Lip lift Certainly, fillers can are an option. The other alternative may be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increase the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs of your entire lip. It may be possible that the lip lift will also spread and improve the crease that you describe. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Vertical Lines / Smoker's Lines -- Fillers (Restylane Silk, Belotero), Laser Resurfacing, Peels, Superficial RF, Microneedling Thank you for your question.Fillers such as Restylane Silk, Belotero, or Juvederm can work well to treat lines around the mouth, but the best first option is laser resurfacing or deep peels to induce collagen production. Superficial radiofrequency devices and microneedling can help as well and are less invasive. I suggest going to an experienced cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in lasers and fillers.
