my upper lip lacks definition and my cupids bow is very not visible, but my biggest concern is the length of my philtrum. I am also very afraid it could change my smile and just overall make my face look different. Do you think a lip lift could make my face look more attractive? And will my teeth be showing more?

Any surgery, even under local anesthesia, should not be done during pregnancy. Even if the risks are quite low, I always advise my patient to wait with their elective surgeries until they give birth & finish nursing.
