Nares pulling down and elongating after lip lift, How great is this possibility as my nostrils are long and thin?

higgles9999I appreciate your concern and photos would help because your issues are one of the drawbacks of lip lift surgery. Revision of your lip lift may actually correct the downward pull of your nostrils, however this cannot be guaranteed. Another option would be upper lip augmentation, which would Camouflage the result and improve the shape of your lips. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a full evaluation. Good luck.

Revision lip lifts are always more challenging than primary cases. There could be more scarring and the nostril distortion could get worse. It'd help if your provide some photos. It's difficult to answer your question just theoretically, without seeing your pics. Especially with LL revisions, a patients needs to see his/ her surgeon in person to properly review the case & potential risks.
