Nares pulling down and elongating after lip lift, How great is this possibility as my nostrils are long and thin?

I had a lip lift performed about 10 years ago and I require another. My nose was pulled slightly downwards and is a more elongated than before. I am worried this will get worse after a second lip lift. How great is this possibility as my nostrils are long and thin?

Any surgery, even under local anesthesia, should not be done during pregnancy. Even if the risks are quite low, I always advise my patient to wait with their elective surgeries until they give birth & finish nursing.
