Thank you for your inquiry. You appear to have minimal ptosis from the limited photos you provided. More can be determined during an in person evaluation. Another option might be a very conservative augmentation. I recommend you seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon with experience with all aspects of breast enhancement including Thermi. We have had nice results with Thermi for mild ptosis. Best of luck.
You have pseudoptosis- your nipples are at the fold level with some tissue below. Thermi Breast may tighten enough without large scars. Another option is breast implants. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.
It is very difficult to tell what grade of ptosis you have from the pictures. There are many options to treat breast ptosis, both surgical and non-surgical. The best way to get answers to all of your questions would be to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
There are some mathematical measurement parameters that can divide the degree of ptosis. From the photographs I don't think this is an issue. Using heat to tighten the breast is embryonal and something I personally would not recommend at this point in time.
A vertical mastopexy would work best. Radiofrequency will have a temporary but not permanent effect in lifting your breast.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Your photographs are not optimal to determine the degree of ptosis present so the best recommendation would be to see a series of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons in consultation to accurately examine you.
Dear zspawaterz,it is hard to tell without an examination. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
You actually do not have much breast ptosis (sagging), and a ThermiBreast would be an excellent choice for you. This will raise your areola/ nipple about an inch. The ThermiBreast will also tighten your entire breast if the ThermiBreast is done circumferentially. There should be no visible scar following the procedure, and it can be done under local anesthesia. I do use nitrous oxide for patients having this procedure, which makes it much more pleasant and comfortable. There is generally a day or two recovery.Thank you for your interesting question, and best of luck to you.
I'm seeing pseudoptosis from your pictures. You need to get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that can help you to achieve your goals, besides that, you need a nipple replacement and a minimum scar lifting.
Other photos would be helpful. it does not look like your nipples are that low. Perhaps even a circumareola lift would be enough with an implant.

This is another non surgical option that is rather expensive with very limited results of lifting (1 cm-4 cm at best!) and only lasts maybe 1 year. If you need minor minor lift this is an option. But again very temporary results.
