Do I have Mondor's cords from ThermiBreast? (photos)

I had ThermiBreast month ago, noticed line immediately under and on breast but thought it was indentation from garment. Other day feeling it scared me, I went to see my ps he took me that day thankfully, but I waited so long and had to rush& didn’t absorb the info. he said it would go away and to massage it lightly, didn’t use the terminology mondor cords? I massaged it (a bit to aggressively) and got a small bruise(shown) so I believe it is mondor cords..does it sound like that?Thoughts?
