Would ThermiBreast be helpful for my case?

Based on your description, I think ThermiBreast would definitely help especially when combined with Vampire Breast Lift. I am not sure why you don't have Doctors offering the treatment in your city. The company that makes ThermiTight has had different owners and hence they haven't advertised the device aggressively throughout the years.

I have heard about thermi breast luft but never performed it and remained quite skeptical.  So I looked at internet before and after photos.  There is not a single photo I saw that indicated a decent result at all.  Many pictures show the after pictures were taken from a little further away to make the result look better.  I remain skeptical.
