How high is "UP?"The question is always degree. As in: "a lot of volume" before pregnancy, and "slightly" saggy after pregnancy. What exactly do those words mean?RF tightening will only deliver minimal to modest improvement. You need to see before and afters and weigh that against cost. But the guaranteed tightening procedure is a breast lift, with incisions, scars, and recovery. Plus cost and time off to heal. So it is a good question that only you can answer for yourself.Fore-armed is fore-warned! Even photos won't help here. You have to choose your provider, look at their photos, and have the discussion with the provider. THEN decide. Best wishes! Dr. Tholen
It all depends upon the degree of sagging and the results you want. Thermi will give some lift while avoiding large scars and recovery. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who oerfirms Thermi Tight is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
ThermiTight has been shown to tighten skin all over the body. Recently we have started using ThermiBreast it for breast skin tighten (Liffting of breast skin). ThermiBreast will not replace volume loss. Volume is replaced with implants and implants. However it is an exciting option for those with small to medium sized breast and have some sagging and they don't want surgery. As a Thermi Center of Excellence in the US, we have been very successful in lifting the breast with ThermiBreast. It is not for everyone and you need consultation with an experienced Thermi Plastic Surgeon. Note, not every Thermi doctor is a plastic surgeon, so do your homework well. ThermiBreast is usually performed as a same day procedure using local anesthesia. There is no need for general anesthesia unless requested. There is no downtime, and you can resume your regular activities the following day. Again, do your homework well.
A thermi breast lift is not going to make your breasts full and perky again. It may help a little bit, but the situation you are describing will likely need a breast lift with addition of volume either with an implant or with fat grafting. Good luck!
Hi. The simple answer is no. Always seek out the opinion of a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with years of experience in cosmetic breast surgery. Furthermore request to see before and after photos of previous patients by that doctor....not a clinic or surgery center. Do your homework......research and verify the doctor's credentials. Have they had problems with the Board of Medicine, disciplinary or otherwise. Any law suits? How about the center, clinic or facility? Are they accredited by a national organization or do they just have State approval. Understand that at the current time, there are three nationally recognized organizations responsible for the highest levels of patient safety, AAAASF, AAACH and JCHO. You owe it to yourself to position yourself for the best possible results but under the most stringent safety regulations, If you have kids, even more so.How about anesthesia? Will you have a medical doctor certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA)? Understand that there is no substitute for research. Cosmetic surgery, no matter how simple it may be to the patients, are invasive procedures and as such carry certain risks and complications. In our office, as in others, we use TouchMD which is a web based program in which patients have the ability to load their picture unto the program. I then evaluate them and can actually draw on the picture to show a potential patient where the incisions would be located and how the procedure is to be realized. It's all done to comply with HIPPA which is the federal law that protects the patient's medical information. Look them up.good luck,Dr PG
Without seeing you in person, it is impossible to say. RF tightening can deliver minimal results so is it worth the cost? Breast lift surgery will definitely address sagging issue, but it also will leave scars. Hope this helps, Dr. Nazarian
Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information. I suggest you to get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine how's your best option.
I would suggest healthy skepticism here; make sure you see lots of before/after photographs that you are happy with before wasting time/resources. Best wishes.
In my opinion a thermi breast lift would only provide minimal improvement, and since you say you have lost a lot of volume a traditional lift with implants would seem to be a better suited approach. It is impossible to say more without seeing you and without knowing what your exact goals are.
As one of the first PSs to use ThermiRF I doubt the amount of 'lift' needed can be accomplished by Thermi alone. Only in person opinions count.....

This is another non surgical option that is rather expensive with very limited results of lifting (1 cm-4 cm at best!) and only lasts maybe 1 year. If you need minor minor lift this is an option. But again very temporary results.
Based on your description, I think ThermiBreast would definitely help especially when combined with Vampire Breast Lift. I am not sure why you don't have Doctors offering the treatment in your city. The company that makes ThermiTight has had different owners and hence they haven't advertised the...
