Scheduled for BBL/lipo 360 in June, but I’m very worried about my existing nerve damage. Could it worsen with surgery?

I am scheduled for BBL/lipo 360 in June of this year, but I’m very worried about my existing nerve damage in my back from having shingles years ago ... I am taking valtrex and it really works but when I stop it comes right back .. do y’all think my nerve damage will worsen due to surgery ?!?! ☹️
