Scheduled for BBL/lipo 360 in June, but I’m very worried about my existing nerve damage. Could it worsen with surgery?

in my opinion it is unlikely that liposuction with fat transfer such as a BBL will cause any significant worsening of your shingles or secondary herpes Symplex outbreaks.  Do you have a better understanding of this I would suggest talking to a neurologist or infectious disease specialist.  Most likely you should be on Valtrax during and after your procedure.
