I lost 115 pounds and got a tummy tuck with some Liposuction of the flanks. My surgeon did an amazing job but I have some extra skin on my back side and would just like to know if I were to gain weight, get 360 lipo and transfer it to my buttocks would it tighten/fill up the skin? I’m really trying to avoid the 360 scar. Dog ear on my left side is getting revised next month.
