I do not think that gaining weight is a great course, but I do think that some liposuction, scar revision and fat grafting to the buttocks would be a nice improvement. Best of luck to you.

I would wait 4-6 months an then re-evaluate. I don' see the benefit of skin removal. After healing evaluate whether liposuction of the low back and possibly hips with a fat transfer to the buttock would make a nice improvement without the scars. Good luck.

Gaining weight and undergoing additional liposuction and fat grafting is exactly what you need. My exam is limited to your photo,  but from what I can see this would be what I recommend. Roughly, 20% of bbl patients have additional surgery to gain a tighter waist and a more shapely buttocks. Your dog ears and scars could easily be improved at the same time. Best of luck.

 after losing 115 pounds I would not mess around with the idea of gaining weight for the purpose of having a BBL. You're a skin the patient and if you still have skin laxity you need more skin removed.  This may be a very simplistic answer and for sure to get an accurate assessment you will need an in person consultation. Follow up with your plastic surgeon or get a few more in person consultations.  Most likely the correct procedure is an extended abdominal plasty weather 360 or 270. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
