Is it worth getting a BBL and Lipo 360?

Thanks for your question...That depends on what your final goal look is. You should be able to get a great result with that desired amount of cc + the sculpting from the liposuction. It would be best if you had an in person consultation however.There are always risks with any surgery so its important to choose a board certified PS with experience. While a Brazilian Butt Lift is generally a safe procedure it has the same risks as liposuction with the added risk of fat necrosis.

Only your PS will know what is reasonable for your body with the 360 liposuction and BBL.  If you have 2000 cc of fat to be harvested, I would extract it.  I usually liposuction 5 liters and transfer between 1200 cc and 1500 cc per buttock in most patients.  In very thin patients, I may only transfer 1000 cc per buttock.  Three hundred cc to 500 cc typically produces less than satisfactory results.  I think the easiest way to answer this is just to look at the before and after pictures.  Some surgeons can create night and day difference and others create changes that are barely perceptible. Liposuction 360 degrees around the body - nothing special or original here.Report
Risks should be evaluated and managed appropriately by your PS.  Blood clots after BBL are not common.  Blood clots that lead to pulmonary embolus are even more uncommon.  Fluid collections can be managed and rarely cause long term problems.  I have not had bleeding or infection issues.  Life threatening items are much less than 1 in a 1000 and may even be more like 1 in 10,000.PS, his/her board certified anesthesiologist, certified surgical tech, and nurse are in the OR during the BBL.

In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thank you for the question. The answer really depends on your desired goals (large transfer or a more natural look). In general, BBL includes liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back (other areas such as inner thighs, arms.....can be included) to help you achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape. In the OR, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, circulating nurse and scrub tech are working together as a team.Seek a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.
