Thankyou for posting your question. Since it has been 6 weeks post injection, theinitial swelling should be resolved and It is an appropriate time to assess thefinal result. At this point you can follow up with your injector to determineif more filler is needed. Like Versa, Juvederm is a Hyaluronic Acid filler andcan be injected into the lips. Both of these fillers can be used together tofurther enhance your volume. It is important to consult with an experiencedinjector to determine the best type of filler needed to accomplish youraesthetic goals.Best of luck,Dr. Kian
Thank you for your question. Versa and Juvederm are both hyaluronic acid fillers. They are compatible together in treatment. It is important to wait two weeks following the first injection date to allow proper healing and assessment, before adding more filler. Good luck.
Yes, you can change to Juvederm after Versa. I recommend injections with cannulas to limit swelling. Hope this helps.
Yes, you can switch to Juvederm. It can take 1-2 weeks for final results with Juvederm. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. I don't see why you can't switch to a new product. However, a consultation is necessary. Follow up with your injector so they can best advise you.

Technically, there is no problem at all to mix fillers, even during one procedure. Since you have not provided a photos it is impossible to suggest the amount. As long as you stay within a natural look and proportions of your own face, there are no limits. On the other hand, a continuous overinflation of the lips carry a real risk of the long-term problems. Stay natural! Good luck!
It is fine for you to switch to Juvederm at this point after having had Versa injected into your lips.
Hello Scarv79,It is ok to mix various hyaluronic fillers to achieve the result you are going for. Swelling will be gone by 2 weeks so if you want more volume at this point you would be fine to add a new HA based filler to your lips.I hope this helps and good luck.
It is absolutely fine to add juvederm to the versa that is already there. They are both hyaluronic acids with excellent safety profiles. I often layer products, usually starting with the juvederm type products that attract water and then "topping" off with less water absorbing products like versa. The only problem is if you do have a problem or side effect it will be impossible to tell which product caused the issue. This is highly unlikely however, both are excellent products. Both can be dissolved with hyaluronidase as well.Hope this is useful info. Best regards,Dr.Amy
Thank you for your question! Bruising is typical after injections and usually resolves before two weeks. Redness at the time of injection is common, but that should resolve after a few hours. I would contact your injector regarding redness that has persisted this long. Best of luck!
Thank you for sharing your excellent question. At only two days after treatment I would recommend allowing your results more time to pass as I expect the blue lump to resolve spontaneously given enough time.
Thanks for your question! I have never mixed different fillers together in the same syringe, and I don't know of any of my physician colleagues who follow this practice either. I recommend you stick with only experienced and well trained physician injectors who can better deliver to you the re...
