There's not a "natural" way to make them growth. Answer: Why aren't my boobs growing? The human race is a very diverse species. Some women are destined to have larger breast and others smaller. There is also a wide range of time when breast can develop, usually up to the age of 21 or 22. there are other reasons for delay breast development which can include hormonal issues or extremes in weight. If one suspects that they may have an abnormality in their physiology, a good examination by one's primary care physician should be performed.
