Why aren't my boobs growing? I'm 17 and I have no boobs. Is there any reason for this?

The human race is a very diverse species. Some women are destined to have larger breast and others smaller. There is also a wide range of time when breast can develop, usually up to the age of 21 or 22. there are other reasons for delay breast development which can include hormonal issues or extremes in weight. If one suspects that they may have an abnormality in their physiology, a good examination by one's primary care physician should be performed.

I hear your frustration, but you'll need to wait until you are at least 18 to discuss a breast augmentation. If, at that time, you are still not happy with your breasts, then book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options.

Having said that, you can certainly have breast implants at 17 with parental consent. You may want to wait and see if you get any development over the next several months to years. Women develop breast growth at different times.  By the time you are 18 or 19 and your breasts do not grow you may have to consider surgery.
