My one nostril closes when I inhale, but the other one doesn't. Is this normal?

While it is hard to say for sure without an exam, it appears that the bottom of your nasal septum is deviated to the left a bit. That creates the fullness on the left side which can often be improved with a well performed rhinoplasty. Same goes for the differences on your three quarter views....

Sometimes cartilage grafts can protrude into the nasal vestibule and cause a bump.  It may also be a small abscess but this is usually tender and red.    Can your prior surgeon examine you? 

I would suggest you complete the maxillofacisl surgery first, then determine whether something like a rhinoplasty would be worthwhile.  

Early postoperatively the angle between the nose and the lip may appear open because of swelling. As swelling subsides the angle may close. It's too early for you to worry about the final aesthetic product is there is a sizable amount of swelling in anyone at one month.

Intranasal mucosa is affected in many ways by surgery.  Healing intranasal anatomy will continue to undergo many changes over the 1st year after surgery.  You will have ocassional dryness and crusting, and/or nasal congestion and runny nose.  Saline rinses and saline gel will help...

It is quite unusual to get swelling in the radix to this degree without the placement of a graft in the area.  You can try taping the nose to apply pressure in the area and see if the swelling subsides more quickly, with your surgeon's consent of course.
