i am 55 and i don't mind to have vertical scar for better projection due to my gap and big areola ( i don't want to do it again ), and i was thinking of 280 cc silicone. I saw that benelli lift don't give such a nice look on breast like mine.

Answer: Procedure Selection Thanks for your question. Before picking your procedure and implant size I would seek consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to go through and exam and discuss your goals. Implant size is based on a number of factors. The most important is your breast width which helps pick the size of the implant in accordance to your aesthetic goal. Based on your pictures a short scar vertical mastopexy may be enough to achieve your goals. Best of luck

Answer: Avoiding Benelli Lift From your pictures, you should do well with just an implant without any lift. The Size appears reasonable, though it would require measurement to determine this. Because your breasts are quite lateral and the pectorals muscle cuts above and medial to the areolae, I would suggest a sub glandular placement with a textured implant. You appear to have plenty of breast tissue to hide it. Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon as there are many non plastic surgeons doing breast augmentation and you are not anywhere near average.
