Does anyone have pictures of over the muscle silicone implant before and after pictures?

I'm having a hard time finding over the muscle silicone implant pictures. I'm a 36b I need a lift from breast feeding and weight gain with pregnancy and loss. And with my wide shoulders and muscular frame and b size breasts my ps suggested over the muscle but I want them to look natural and not like balloons on my chest. I am not a supper skinny girl but I do work out and run a lot. Just looking for before and after pics! (Especially after!)

If you have enough soft tissue then above the muscle, sub glandular implants can be placed. If you do not have adequate soft tissue then rippling may be apparent from the implants.
