You are still in the early part of your recovery. Please wait 3-6 months to see you final result and continue to follow your post op instructions so that you don’t delay or effect your final result. Implants need to be centered over the breast mound. Placing these implants closer to the center would force your nipples even further laterally. Stay patient you can always upsize in the future if you want to get to a larger size.

Thanks for your question. A single photo is not enough to advise you on which surgery is best for you. In general excess fat can be removed with liposuction alone. As long as your surgery is as you describe it (an implant exchange alone) you won’t have the same degree of discomfort as your first surgery as the dissection has already been completed. Thanks for your question. In order to obtain a more full and lifted breast you would be better suited with an implant exchange with a mastopexy. In addition, your surgeon will likely have to adjust the capsule surrounding your current implant or change the pocket completely. Depending on your tissue integrity an internal support such as a galaex mesh or ADM may be required. While you could potentially increase your breast size this will increase the chance of post-op complications. It is common to urinate frequently after Surgical procedures as your body eliminates the fluid that was given to you during surgery. That being said you should contact your Plastic surgeon in regards to any blood or rust colored urine as they will likely want you to follow up with them or your OBGYN/Urologist.

During an exam we take photos and get accurate height and weight values for each patient. Using the Schnur Scale we are able to estimate the reduction weight from each breast needed to be covered by insurance. All of this is then submitted to your insurance provider. thank you for your photos. You have a minor tear trough whicnwill respond will to Filler correction. Restylane L or Volbella can be used here but must be placed in the correct location to avoid some of the complications described by my colleagues. You should visit with an expert injector with plenty of experience treating this area. They should also use a cannula to prevent other potential serious complications. You likely will not need more than one syringe to reach a favorable correction.

Volbella can create palpable firm swelling if it is placed in the superficial tissue of the lower lid. I would consult with an expert injector who can help dissolve the product over a few sessions to reduce this swelling. Once corrected you can decide if you want to proceed with further injections in this area. Make sure your injector is highly trained and uses a cannula in this area to reduce other serious potential complications.

Let me start by saying ...look no further! If you are like me you’ve spent weeks maybe even years researching doctors... Dr. Bloom has changed my life ... Have do ears from my TT that I was told could be revised later in office but never were. 2 My areolas are no where near identical after my Breast Reduction and lastly I was not well informed about receiving massages and using proper garments after lipo to achieve the best results after my TT so I have a bulge in my upper body area that seems to be air or water I'm unsure ... sometimes its more defined than other days. After consulting many doctors as I was afraid it may be due to some kind of underline issue, I've been told repeatedly that it was due to my previous procedure after care. I was given a very standard compression garment after my TT and lipo which I understand was what the doctor offered but I wasn't even informed there were better garments I could have worn that would have changed my results drastically!!! Currently looking to revise my areola shapes one is oval the other is more circular , dog ears, another round of lipo following up with body conturing massages and higher quality garments after to hopefully have results I desire.
