From the photo provided, there appears to be volume deficit in the cheeks. In the hands of an experienced injector, this can quite easily addressed with a robust volumizing HA filler for the cheeks.  This can create a more heart-shaped, feminine face. The results are typically immediate and engender an immediate "Wow!" reaction. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector before considering jumping into invasive, aggressive and expensive surgeries that also involve prolonged post-operative downtime and the risk of scarring. would be a good choice to increase facial volume and sculpt the face to appear more masculine
