Bellafill or Sculptra / 35 female - Looking to adopt a more youthful appearance? (photos)

Question

Looking to adopt a more youthful appearance that will enhance my natural beauty. The first picture is me today, and the other is me in my 20s. If anyone has a better suggestion on what sort of treatments I should seek let me know. Also, not sure how fair of a comparison this is there is 7 years between these photos and the one in my 20s has a filter.

Based on your photo, you would be a good candidate for facial fat transfer (or Renuva, which is a filler that promotes fat growth).

You will likely have the best results from a combination of treatments.  Sculptra works differently than traditional HA fillers and can give you longer lasting results.  I've included a video on how Sculptra works that I hope you find helpful.  You may wish to combine that with Morpheus8 treatments to improve overall skin tone and texture.  We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and using sunscreen every day.

I would suggest starting with HA fillers. Those are the safest and most widely used fillers. I strongly recommend that you do not use Bellafill as this is a permanent filler with higher risk.

The hollow, lower eyelid and flat cheeks is something that you inherited from your father. The easiest way to rejuvenate your face, and create nice and proportionate cheeks is with the use of your own fat.
