Do I have Symmastia? When I woke from surgery I had a thong bra on. I now have to keep it off because of tension on my wound breakdown! It's the very top of my chest that's the problem, it pulls and it feels uncomfortable to lay down. Also the problem area is where my thong bra couldn't reach. One thing after another :( My sergeon doesn't seem to listen! When I raise my concerns he seems annoyed in my trust in him or something abs brushes everything off.

Thank you for your question. It is typical to have some tingling or numbness soon after breast augmentation surgery. Lidocaine patches will tend to make the nipples numb and should be only used short term. This will generally improve and resolve on it's own with time.

I'm sorry you are having problems with an infection that won't clear. The first step should be to take out the piercing if you haven't already- it is likely contributing to the inability to clear the infection. Then start warm water soaks with soap to help bring any purulent material...
