Your photos do not seem to show symmastia, or loss of separation between the breasts. Frequently there is swelling of the area over the breastbone in the early postoperative period. This will settle down and you will see the normal separation reappear. Your concern, and the fact that you are seeking reassurance over the internet, should remind plastic surgeons of the importance of caring for our patients after surgery in a considerate and reassuring manner. While we have have been through the process many times, we must keep reminding ourselves that for our patients this is a new and often frightening experience. All the best.

Results of breast surgery depends on how your breast wer before surgery, right now it doesnt look like you have symmastia, now you have a lot of swelling so you need to wait and keep follow up with your plastic surgeon. Best Wishes!

Hi snm89.I do not see synmastia.  I think you will look better after things settle down a bit.  I distinctly see separation between the implants.Hope this helps.Se

breast augmentation can cause a lot of swelling.when the implants are big in size and behind the muscle, they tend to be high on the chestand the swelling make the chest swollen as if the implants touch, like the symastia.no worries, it is all early findings after breast augmentation

Your photos do not appear to show any signs of symmastia.  You may have some swelling over the breast bone but it does not appear to be a "uniboob".  Be patient and let it heal. Please followup with your surgeon.
