Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos your one eye is more hooded than the other one. Unfortunately reverse blepharoplasty is impossible. For improve the symmetry between your eyes I can suggest cat eye procedure (for the rounded eye). With this procedure you have more symmetrical and slanted eyes. For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. I would caution you against surgery at this time. As you age, you'll inherently develop further changes that will age the eyes and result in a heavier lid and brow.
In this immediate time, you may consider neurotoxin (e.g., Botox) to your forehead to weaken the upward elevation this provides on the lid/brow.
