Male, 23 years old, with very dark genetic under eye circles that I'm really self-conscious about. Was wondering if lower blepharoplasty would be a potenial solution for this problem? They are not 'bags' as such just very just hollow circles under my eyes.

Answer: Nano-fat grafting It has been shown by several autors in our proffesional journals, that injection of nano-fat grafts with high content of stem cells, may improve discoloration around eyes. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, familiar with this procedure is recommended. HGood luck.

Answer: Blepharoplasty for Under Eye Circles in the Young There are two types of lower Blepharoplasty. The open one is used when you have excess skin, which you do not. The transconjunctival one with fat transposition is supposed to help with problems like yours, but it has been my experience that it rarely does much good or lasts as long as the proper filler in the right place. You need a heavy filler like Juvederm Voluma placed below the orbital ligament deep in the hollow above the muscles on the bone. This can last 5 years, more than a transconjunctival Blepharoplasty. Make sure you see an expert.
