Sunken undereyes, already had PRP, what else can I do?

I have a deep ridge in my undereye region. To make it less noticeable I had PRP injections in my under eyes but barely noticed a difference after 1 session (I understand you're meant to do at least 2-3 sessions, but there should probably be at least a minor difference after 1 session). I don't want to have filler done. What other options do I have? Thanks in advance!
