8 years post endoscopic brow lift - Will upper eyelid surgery cause eyebrows to fall into former position?

I had an endoscopic brow lift about 8 years ago and I was 23 at the time. I am very satisfied. My eyebrows were very low and heavy. My eyelids are still heavy and a bit Asian style. I would like to do an upper eyelid surgery, but I'm afraid that the eyebrows will fall back to their former position! is this possible!? they are now in a good position and I don't want them to fall off..

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos your eye corners are very downward. For improve the symmetry and make eye corners more upward I recommend you endoscopic brow lift. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away...

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos you do not have any extra skin so lower eyelid blepharoplasty would not help you about the dark circles. You may need fat injection to under your eye but It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation....
