8 years post endoscopic brow lift - Will upper eyelid surgery cause eyebrows to fall into former position?

I had an endoscopic brow lift about 8 years ago and I was 23 at the time. I am very satisfied. My eyebrows were very low and heavy. My eyelids are still heavy and a bit Asian style. I would like to do an upper eyelid surgery, but I'm afraid that the eyebrows will fall back to their former position! is this possible!? they are now in a good position and I don't want them to fall off..

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can understand your words, with the upper eyelid blepharoplasty your surgeon will take the extra skin so it would not stretch the eyelid and pull down the brows. You may have the surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Best Regards!

An upper blepharoplasty will remove excess skin from the upper lid giving the eye a more refreshed appearance.  It will not affect the position of the brow.  The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.
