440 cc implants weigh 1 lb. each. Going to 695 cc implants will increase the mechanical load and make your situation even worse. Your breasts are already wider than your chest wall and are mechanically unstable. I do not recommend going to larger implants. You may benefit from a circumareola approach to reposition the nipple-areola complex to create more symmetry.

I see your left breast is a bit lower than the right, and so it has a bit less fullness at the top. Your cleavage area is pretty small, and that has to do with a size increase.

It is possible to exchange your implants, address any pocket issues, and raise the left breast up a bit with a pocket repair, possible with mesh.

Going bigger will be hard on your skin (although an exam is needed) and may put you at risk for "uniboob" or symmastia in the center which you want to avoid at all costs.

Get a few opinions to find a surgeon who sees your issues and can propose a specific plan to correct. Redo cases are harder !

The implants you are considering are very large and heavy. The nipple asymmetry could worsen with the new implants. In addition the weight of the implants could lead to sagging in the future. Only you can determine how much the nipple asymmetry would concern you.
