This occurs very commonly and there is no reason to worry. Even if you had a small amount of bleeding, it's usually not a concern. If you do have to sneeze, in the future try to sneeze with the mouth open as an extra precaution. Best of luck with the remainder of your recovery.
If you think that your nose is different in appearance after sneezing, I would contact your surgeon. Bleeding, air under the skin, and movement of the nasal bones are the things that we worry about when sneezing through the nose after rhinoplasty. If your surgeon is not concerned, I would not worry.
Don't worry if you sneezed and didn't have any bleeding afterwards. Even if you had a little bleeding, if it stopped it's no big deal. If you typically have allergies, then take your regular medications. Allegra, Zyrtec, and Claritin are perfectly safe to take after nose surgery. Hope the rest of your recovery is I eventful.
Unless you have had an episode of bleeding, you probably did nothing bad. If concerned, or your nose looks different contact your surgeon.
You should call you physician. The issue with sneezing is to do it with you mouth open to decrease pressure in the nose that might cause bleeding. But, you should call you doctor always with any post op questions.
