Is it possible to do outfracture of the nose to make it wider even if the bone is missing? To achieve a look like these photos?

While osteotomies with outfracture is one option to widen your nasal bones so that they are once again convex where they are now concave, using contour grafts to fill in the deficit may be a more predictable way to achieve the same result.  Cartilage may be harvested from your septum or ear to create grafts to restore your dorsal aesthetic lines.  

It is possible to widen a narrow nose with a closed rhinoplasty approach.  All the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. Reverse osteotomies with spreader graft placement  to hold open the position of the nasal bones is usual performed to widen narrow nasal bones. For many examples, please see the link below

Outfracturing of the nose bones is an unreliable method with a high propensity for the nasal bones to collapse. particularly when it is done on both sides. It can certainly be done and resorbable packing used but the nasal bones take a long time to heal to resist falling back in. That would be the risk of the procedure. Onlay grafting with cartilage grafts or even allogeneic dermis would provide a more predictable outcome in most cases.
