I had a fat transfer done with Dr. Stutman just under a year ago. The entire experience was wonderful, not stressful, and recovery was as easy as it could've been. I had hip dips that I've wanted filled for over a decade now and I finally decided to do something about it. I found Airsculpt lipo and through that I found the office Dr. Stutman is in. The consult was easy, everything was clear on how to proceed. Day of surgery I felt excited and had no doubt I made the right choice. Surgery day flew by, office was pleasant, and the worst part of recovery was really only the night right after surgery after pain meds wore off. Healing was fairly easy and I went in for my post, and everything looked great, Dr. Stutman was great to work with as well -- very friendly and makes you feel at ease. I am SO happy with my results and would recommend 10/10.
Dr. Stutman performed a facial procedure for me on an area that had been bothering for many years. Although I was always self conscious about it, I was unable to find a surgeon I trusted to do the work. Facial procedures are not something to take lightly. I wanted to be sure the doctor I chose would not only be an experienced surgeon but respected by both his peers and patients. When I met with him for the initial consultation I was comforted by his wealth of knowledge and also by his appreciation that I was nervous about the procedure. He was able to ease my anxiety and ensure I would be pleased with the aesthetic outcome. I am vary happy I was able to find Dr. Stutman.
I came to Dr. Stutman because I hated the way the middle of my eyebrows always had a line and loosing g some weight I made my lines in the cheek/mouth area looked deep. I noticed in pictures and it made me look old. I discussed it with Dr. Stutman and he recommended Botox and fillers. What an amazing quick and virtually painless procedures! And for the fillers immediate results. Botox took a couple days to start working but when it did my line smoothed out. Dr. Stutman was very pleasant and gentle, really listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend him and will be going back soon for more botox.
I have gone to Dr. Stutman for 2 years now for Botox and Juvaderm. I am very happy with the results and continue to go back as needed for additional injections. Dr. Stutman takes his time and does not rush through the procedure making sure that I get my desired results. He constantly makes sure that I am comfortable and his techniques produce very little pain/discomfort.
I preface this review by stating I've never written a review for any company and/or individual, and I have never entertained giving out my personal email address. Having written that, I am a 44 year old woman who works at a hospital in the Phoenix area in a professional capacity treating patients under the orders of physicians, and, for reasons I now can't fathom, decided to leave the country to have a chin augmentation, tummy tuck, breast lift/implants, and liposuction. The liposuction and the way that procedure was performed left me severely anemic, and the drains left in me were inadequate, at best. Upon returning to Arizona as soon as possible, I needed aftercare and several blood transfusions at quite possibly the worst time to seek this kind of care. Several factors played against me: Memorial weekend, and my own hospital suffered an inability to secure a professional surgeon with privileges to deal with my issues. Having worked in the capacity I do, I understand a few things about doctors. They generally do not like to Monday morning quarterback their peers, and most do not like to follow up on procedures they did not perform in the first place. Enter Dr. Stutman. Well spoken, concise, patient, and very confident he could help when no one could, or would, step up to the plate. By de-facto, I became a patient of Dr. Stutman, making multiple visits to his office for help in correcting a seroma. He has given me advice germane to my condition, and every day I feel stronger. He visited me for a follow-up at my hospital as promised, and has been the consummate professional. A credit to the profession. One might expect a modicum of arrogance, given his knowledge and expertise. One does not attain his credentials without the acumen required to perform to the exceptional standard of care I received. This is not the case, however. A refreshing trait, and I have worked with many doctors. Yes, he is my doctor now, and I would recommend him to ANYONE seeking any of the procedures he specializes in. In fact, you can Inboc me here, if anyone is skeptical, wants a more in-depth explanation regarding my experiences with Dr. Stutman, and needs that "warm fuzzy" one seeks when making a decision to change the look of your body, however big or small. It has actually been MY pleasure to have met this doctor, as I feel he has had a tremendous hand in my healing process, both physically and psychologically. Additionally, his assistant, Lisa, is every bit the professional one would expect to work in tandem with him whilst in his office. I would be remiss in not mentioning her. She is a delight. If you are thinking of leaving the country for plastic or cosmetic surgery, take a very good look at what Dr.Stutman has to offer. Do not make the same mistake I did. My only regret is that he became my doctor after the fact. He is worth every affordable dime, offers payment options, and as a potential patient, you deserve the best. If he is currently your surgeon, support this man. He is deserving of it. Lisa B. Phoenix, AZ
Thank you for your question and photos. Promising a post operative bra size is next to impossible. The primary goal of breast reduction should be to remove excess weight causing neck/back/shoulder pain issues. Secondary goals should be to create a youthful, non-droopy breast that is proportional to your overall body. To preserve blood supply to your nipple you need to leave enough breast tissue behind, otherwise you risk problems with blood flow to these areas. The best way to reduce your risk is to find a board certified plastic surgeon in you area with experience with breast reductions.Best regards,Dr. Ross Stutman
Thank you for your question. In general, YES you can combine the two procedures. However, based on your medical history your surgeon may want to separate the procedure as increased time in the operating room can increase complication rates especially in people with medical issues. You may also want to limit the amount of areas being treated with liposuction.Best Regards.Dr. Ross Stutman
Thank you for your question.Hematomas are considered complications of surgery and are never normal. They need to be addressed by your surgeon. If the hematoma is small and not expanding it may be OK to leave it alone. However, if it is early enough in the process it may be able to be aspirated with a needle in the office. If the hematoma is enlarging or not resolving with conservative measures you may need to have another surgery to treat the complication. As always, it is best to see your initial surgeon for an in-person examination to determine the best treatment for your specific issue.Best Regards,Dr. Ross Stutman
Thank you for your question and photos.Based on your photos you do not seem to be a very good candidate for neck liposuction. While there is some excess fat in the area, the more pronounced issue is loose skin. For full correction this should be addressed with a surgical neck lift. You are right, that you could use filler to your cheeks, while fat grafting in this area is helpful to restore some of the volume lost with age, you would likely benefit from a facelift at the same time.As always, online photos should never be substitute for a detailed in person examination by a board certified plastic surgeon.Best Regards,Dr. Ross Stutman
Thank you for your question. You are not alone in being nervous about your upcoming surgery. I always tell my patients that if you don't have some nervousness before surgery, you wouldn't be human. In my practice, I always inform my patients that if you feel like your nerves are getting the best of you, come into the office and we can talk about it. Just by sitting with your surgeon and having them answer your questions and concerns will make you more comfortable. Best of luck with your upcoming surgery!Dr. Stutman
