What are the pain level of having your stitches removed after Rhinoplasty/ Septoplasty?

One of the factors I'm so scared about. I've heard do many mixed answers on this & I know everyone's different with pain tolerance. Please help.

The combination of a small chin and a large nose can be a problem for the profile. It can improve someone's appearance and self confidence tremendously if both are corrected. The average cost is any where from $5000 to $20000 depending on the area you live in. RegardsDr. J

HI there Eddie,It would be possible to get the nose to look more robust by adding cartilage grafts to the tip called batten grafts. They may not be able to make the nose look exactly as it was before, but could get you pretty close. It is not a particularly complicated procedure to do this.Best...

Rhinoplasty: My nose is thin and too long for my face, if I get the hump removed would I need to make the tip smaller?

The nasal hump when reduced actually makes the nose look smaller. That should resolve your issue. You do not need to do the tip at the same time. If down the road you feel your tip is too big you can get tip-plasty as a separate procedure. RegardsDr. J

Typically friends and family will not notice that you had a rhinoplasty after it has been done.  If you mention to your doctor that you would like a natural appearance, this is easily accomplished.  Many patients stress out about this very concern and are relieved after the surgery...
