Is there any way I can fix this bad boob job? After 6 months post op (Photo)

I presume you are concerned about the appearance of your scars. It appears that they have stretched following your breast surgery. It may well be possible to revise the scars under local anaesthetic in a simple daycare operation. Possible placing slow-dissolving sutures to support he scar for longer if they have a tendency to stretch.
I would discuss this with your surgeon in the first instance.

Hi,Thank you for your question. Why did your Dr. say this would happen? Do you tend to keloid in general? Steroid injections are a good thing to use to try and minimize thick scars. If you do not tend to keloid with all surgeries/injuries. A simple revision could be done in the office to cut out that thick scar and re-close this area in hopes of a new fresh thinner scar. I would wait a full year before revising these scars. From your pictures it is hard to get a good frontal view of your implants though I do see that they fall to the sides when you are laying down but that is what big breasts do. I would consult with another doctor in your area to get a second opinion if you are unhappy with your results and not confident that your surgeon can improve your results. Best wishes!

Thank you for your questions and photographs.  In my experience, unfortunately large implants and lifts never do well.  Also, steroid injections can sometimes thin the scar and allow it spread as we see in your photographs.  If you were my patient, I would recommend that you start over placing smaller implants, cinching up the side of the pocket to move the implant more centrally.  Should scars thicken again, newer methods such as drug delivery by laser can make scars look better without the thinning and stretching.  Hope that is helpful.
