Smart Lipo/Vaser lipo in Houston. Would I benefit from it? (photos)

Vaser can help melt away the fat underneath the skin which makes fat removal less traumatic and allows for easy of fat being removed.  You can look better with lipo but will have to diet and exercise post lipo to decrease the amount of intra abdominal fat to get you the look it sounds like you desire.See a vaser specialist in your area

Your belly curves outward because of loose abdominal muscles beneath any fat on the surface. Removing the fat will not fix the curved out potbelly appearance. The only way to do this is via tummy tuck. Lipo can be done along the sides, flanks and back to add contouring and curvature, but the front is a tummy tuck repair. Nothing else will work.
