I am really interested in Smart Lipo but I had open gall bladder removal. Would I even be able to have any laser lipo? (Photo)

There is nothing special about laser or smart lipo except increased risks of burn and longer surgical times translating to more complications and no better outcome.  Regardless of the hype the name brings and higher price tag that it may also command there is no issue with gall bladder surgery and lipo of any kind.  Surgeons experience and expertise and not the tool to do the job makes all the difference in the results.  

Open gallbladder scars are an issue for traditional tummy tucks, not lipo. However, your belly displays a combo of fat and loose separated muscles which will only improve with a tummy tuck combined with lipo. Lipo alone will not make you look good regardless of your time constraints. Your best bet would be a modified tummy tuck with lipo and weight loss.

You can have Smart Lipo even though you've had gall bladder surgery. Keep in mind, Smart Lipo needs a combination approach to get the best results.I recommend adding thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is a great alternative to achieve a toned result, but would require more downtime. See an expert. You will first need to heal from your gallbladder surgery before considering any elective surgery. Once healed, then consider meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon who can tell you what you can reasonable expect with liposuction.

i think from your pictures that you have a lot of internal (visceral) fat that will never be affected by any type of liposuction. You also appear to be significantly overweight. Remember, Smartlipo is a way to reduce fat in specific areas and look better but it is not a way to lose weight.your gallbladder scar is not a problem but at your current weight (this opinion could change if i saw you in person) I don't think Smartlipo or any type of liposuction would be ideal for you at the present moment.
