Answer: Consider other options as well While you can have that area treated with smartlipo, this would be one area in which I think it would be wise to consider some of the noninvasive body contouring procedures, like Sculpsure (by Cynosure), Elessa (by Cartessa), and of course Coolsculpting (now by Allergan). I don't think Coolsculpting would be a good choice for that part of the body, so I think Elessa or Sculpsure would be good choices. The Sculpsure device has been around longer and has a proven track record, but I think the newer Elessa device has a lot of promise.
