Can you get Smart lipo on the vaginal area?

The area that you are referring to is the mons pubis and this can be reduced through treatments such as liposuction/ smart lipo/ vaser or other high intensity ultrasonic treatments such as promeltor. The objective here is to reduce the volume of tissue here and then tighten the skin around it to give a more contoured and less protruding mons.
I commonly address this in tummy tuck procedures to reduce the volume in this region and aid in contouring.

Hi there, I believe you are referring to an area called the mons pubis.  Yes it is an area that responds well to vaser/lipo and it can be sculpted and tightening nicely.

For best results removing fat and shaping the pubic area, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. While you can have that area treated with smartlipo, this would be one area in which I think it would be wise to consider some of the noninvasive body contouring procedures, like Sculpsure (by Cynosure), Elessa (by Cartessa), and of course Coolsculpting (now by Allergan).  I don't think Coolsculpting would be a good choice for that part of the body, so I think Elessa or Sculpsure would be good choices.  The Sculpsure device has been around longer and has a proven track record, but I think the newer Elessa device has a lot of promise.  
However, if you can find an experienced Smartlipo surgeon I think you can consider having it done, just don't rule out these other options.

The mons pubis fat area is very responsive to Smart Lipo. I have usually done this area as part of the a Smart Lipo of the abdomen, and on a couple occasions individually when the women had had a tummy tuck and the area stood out as a result.

Yes, it is possible. The upper area of vagina is called the Mons Pubic Fat pad. You are able to get liposuction in that area, but I would suggest you also get the lower abdomen done in addition so the whole area appears flatter. 

That area is called the mons pubis and can be treated with any form of liposuction (laser, Vaser, Smart or traditional) to remove fat and reduce the size. It is usually done in combination with liposuction of the abdomen to ensure a smooth transition.
