Hello Elena! Thanks for the question. A buccal fat pad removal would be a nice option. This is a relatively easy procedure which can be done in the office. The fat pad is about the size of a walnut and provides nice slimming. The incision is inside the mouth so nothing visible. The recovery is easy for most as well.
