When i smile my face get so round and in not overweight, in 53 KG. But my face looks like im oveeweight. How Can i make my face more slimmed When smiling?

Hello Elena! Thanks for the question. A buccal fat pad removal would be a nice option. This is a relatively easy procedure which can be done in the office. The fat pad is about the size of a walnut and provides nice slimming. The incision is inside the mouth so nothing visible. The recovery is easy for most as well. Morpheus 8 RF microneedling would also compliment the results. You have excellent facial features so whatever you decide, go with the least aggressive option first. Hope this helps!
