I had a buccal fat removal couple of years ago and one of my right cheek was way too swollen during the recovery process and the fluid was started to form which was drained out and it healed all fine.. however the cheek has really left my face look asymmetrical and when I smile it really looks as if my face has two different sides.. and I also had a upper blepharoplasty twice ..and I beleive my right eye as well ended up with the same asymmetrical issue.. my brows have always been uneven.
