Age 22, male & wanted to see if I am a good candidate for plastic surgery? (Photos)

Currently a 22 year old male. I’ve always felt like a looked a lot more photogenic in pictures than in real life. Like my face seems slimmer and my ears are brighter. I think it's because my eyes seem to pop out a lot more and the lower half of my face is a lot more balanced. I was wondering if there was a realistic way to help make me look a bit more like my pictures. For reference I have attached a candid photo along with a picture of how I really look.
