You have a good division/definition of the cheek and jawline from BFR, there may just be too much width of the jaw/masseter or you could use a little AP projection of your cheeks. It is probably not a 'fat' issue but the supporting bone. Looks like there may be a chin implant too so adding some projection to the cheeks may be best option.

The surgeon whose in the best position to answer this question is the surgeon who performed your surgery as they are the one who will know much buccal fat is remaining on that side.

It's very likely that this asymmetry that you are experiencing now is no longer due to buccal fat but rather due to other aspects of your anatomy, such as your zygomatic bone and the superficial fat of your skin.
