Hello! It could be buccal fat though I agree that the area seems a bit too low. You muscles at the corner of your mouth may be slightly more prominent on that side. There could also be a small area of fat the becomes noticeable with smiling such as a lipoma. Given your age and nice facial features, I would stay conservative. Sometimes, imaging like a CT can be useful. Microneedling may help to refine the surface skin. I would seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more!
