I don't use a head wrap after genioplasty or chin implant surgery. I use a head wrap following jawline and submental liposuction to minimize swelling and compress the subcutaneous space. Chin ptosis is prevented with good surgical technique.
You have very minimal chin recession so another option is a chin implant. A genioplasty can also accomplish the same results but is considered more invasive.
