I would like a way to become a bit more fuller on the bottom and my nipples more centered. Do you think I need a lift? (Photos)

The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

From the photos you are a good candidate for a breast lift. This would remove excess skin, but keep the breast volume about the same. The areola would be downsized and the nipple position lifted. You could also consider a lift with autoaugmentation. In this approach your own tissue is used to help create more upper pole fullness. This is different than fat transfer. i've included a video I hope you find helpful.
