I would like a way to become a bit more fuller on the bottom and my nipples more centered. Do you think I need a lift? (Photos)

Are my boobs normal? I currently wear a 34E (UK), I am happy with my size, but also wouldn’t mind going bigger. I am not too keen on implants, so would prefer maybe the transfer of fat. I’m just a bit self-conscious about my shape, and I am not sure whether it’s normal. I think I am more fuller on the top, and would like a way to become a bit more fuller on the bottom and my nipples more centred.

From the photos a revision would improve the shape. The excess skin would be removed and the nipple position corrected. You may be a good candidate for bioabsorbable mesh to provide more support to the breasts. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
Hello dear. Yes, your nipples can be more centered with a breast lift, especially since they're already slightly elevated. In your case, it's not a severe drooping problem, but rather an adjustment to achieve a more balanced shape. During a mastopexy, your nipples can be slightly repositioned...
I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. For the best result you will likely need a revision which sometimes includes incisions around the areola. I've included a video on this topic that I hope you find helpful.
