After 3 kids. Weight gain and loss. Workout , lift heavy. I’ve gained about 5 more lbs of muscle and cut more fat.. my breasts are deflated. I am wondering if I can get away with a lift.. without an implant. And if so what type of lift to address my issues. I am also not against going with a very small implant.

Answer: Breast lift It is always ok to consider a breast lift without an implant. From your photos provided, your nipple areolar complexes do still seem to be positioned well. You will certainly need an in-office consultation to see how much "lift" you would realistically get with a mastopexy.

Answer: Considering options An in person evaluation is needed for the best recommendation but it appears you could consider a lift with no implants. However adding a small implant mat give you a better overall shape. A full lift with the anchor pattern incision would be recommended. This would remove excess skin and correct nipple position.

Answer: Breast lift without implant It is not possible to provide a definitive recommendation in the absence of a physical examination, but your photos suggest that you would not achieve a good correction of the deflation with a lift alone. If you were to choose one or the other, implants alone may in fact provide a better aesthetic appearance than a lift alone. For a more precise recommendation, seek a consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
